We want your Cradle & Care order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We are working on expanding to additional countries — follow us on social media to be the first to know.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During high-demand periods such as sales or holiday seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Total time from order to delivery is typically 10–18 business days.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders over $50 USD
- A flat shipping fee applies to orders under $50 — calculated at checkout
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery. You can also visit our Track My Order page at any time.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive the confirmation email.
Delayed or Lost Packages
Occasional delays can happen due to carrier volume, weather, or customs processing. If your order hasn't arrived within 18 business days of the shipping date, please contact us at help@cradlecare.co and we will investigate immediately.
Cradle & Care is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
Incorrect Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at help@cradlecare.co. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect it.
