  • Unused items in original packaging
  • All accessories and tags included
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Accompanied by order number
  • Maternity clothing (unworn, tags on)
  • Unopened baby care products
  • Unopened breast pump accessories

  • Opened pump accessories (flanges, tubing, valves)
  • Used or opened nipple correctors
  • Items marked final sale
  • Returns initiated after 30 days
